始終將藝術放在首位的他，在學期間為了與不同團隊協作與溝通，學會了如何帶領與整合。因此，他時常在校內專案中擔任製作人與藝術總監的職位，統籌團隊溝通、製作流程與視覺整體方向。他曾於寬宏藝術經紀公司參與大型演唱會與活動製作，負責前期場地調研、舞台設計支援、攝影統籌與現場協調等工作。在此期間，他參與烏克蘭國家交響樂團在台巡演的製作，負責跨文化交流與現場協調，協助場地、藝人與公司之間的溝通整合，並熟悉大型製作的流程與現場節奏。曾參與製作之藝人與節目包含羅志祥、李心潔、壞特（Whyte）、動力火車、瓊瑤，以及國際演藝企劃《D’FESTA》等，並於松山文創園區、台北流行音樂中心、台北小巨蛋與國家兩廳院等場地參與製作。這些經驗讓他在創作與執行之間找到新的平衡點，並在實際的專案流程中培養出整合性思考與管理能力。

目前定居台北，於兩岸與歐美之間持續展開影像與創意實踐，以藝術指導與攝影為主要領域，從事跨領域的創意企劃與視覺製作。他在藝術思維與實際執行之間尋找平衡，統整多方視角，將抽象概念轉化為具體策略與可行方案，推動專案從構思走向落地。他持續在不同文化語境中協作，讓藝術語言與製作邏輯並行，於現實的框架中保留創造的彈性。對他而言，創意的價值在於整合——在形與意之間，在詩意與現實之間，找到推動實踐的能量。

Born in Taipei and raised in Shanghai, Shan developed a perspective grounded in cross-cultural experience. He then studied abroad in the UK, where he graduated with First Class Honours from Central Saint Martins, majoring in "Performance: Design and Practice".

Throughout his studies, he consistently placed art at the core of his practice while learning to navigate collaboration and leadership within creative teams. He frequently took on the roles of producer and art director, overseeing communication, production workflow, and the overall visual direction of projects. He later joined Kuang Hong Arts, contributing to the production of large-scale concerts and live events, where he handled venue research, stage design support, photography direction, and on-site coordination. During this period, he also worked on international collaborations such as the Ukrainian National Symphony Orchestra’s Taiwan tour, managing cross-cultural communication and coordination between venues, artists, and production teams. His experience spans a wide range of high-profile stage and entertainment productions across major venues including Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Taipei Music Center, Taipei Arena, and the National Theater and Concert Hall. These experiences allowed him to find balance between creation and execution, cultivating an ability to synthesize, manage, and realize complex projects.

Now based in Taipei, Shan continues to develop his creative and visual practice between East Asia and Europe, working independently across art direction and photography. He seeks to bridge artistic thinking with practical execution, transforming abstract ideas into actionable strategies that bring projects from concept to completion. Collaborating within diverse cultural contexts, he aligns artistic language with production logic, exploring how creative flexibility can thrive within real-world structures. For him, the value of creativity lies in integration — finding energy in the space between form and meaning, between poetry and practice.
